We believe you’ll love the way Level Headed products perform. Try your pomade for up to 30 days, and if it isn’t the right fit for your hair or style, send it back for a refund.

No complicated process. Just contact us with your order number, return the original container with at least half of the product remaining, and we’ll refund the purchase price once the return is received.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase of each pomade formula and is limited to one satisfaction-guarantee refund per customer or household. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Clearance items, samples, promotional products, substantially used products, and purchases made through unauthorized sellers are not eligible. Email us here to start a return.
